Job Description:

To make phone calls to US Insurance companies for unpaid or underpaid claims.
B2B phone Call.
Analyze and process accounts.
Document the outcome and analysis as per the requirement.
Taking action based on the outcome/analysis as per instructions provided

Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 0 to 18 Months of work experience.
Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24×7 environment
Should have excellent communication skills in English.
Education Qualification :
Graduates (BA/BSc/B Com/BCA/BBA/B.Tech) & Post Graduates (MA/M Com/MSc)
Post graduate can apply except MCA/MSc/M.Tech (IT/Comp Science) .
