Detail of Indian Institute of Soil and Water Conservation (IISWC)  Research Associate, Senior Research Fellow Recruitment:

Project entitled :‘Environmental tracer based study on erosion induced loss of soil organic carbon and its impact on agronomic productivity and environmental quality’ at ICAR-IISWC(formerly CS&WCR&TI), 218-Kaulagarh Road, Dehradun – 248195 purely on contract basis

1. Research Associate (RA) / 01
   • Qualification: Ph.D Degree in Soil Science/ Agricultural Chemisrty or any branch of Science/ Engineering. Or M.Sc (Ag.) or M.Sc./ M.Tech degree in Soil Science/ Agricultural Chemistry or any branch of Science/ Engineering with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor’s degree having 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent grade point average and atleast two year experience in R&D organization with a background in measuring concentration of radioactive material in soil, plant and water etc.
   • Desirable Qualifications: Working knowledge of soil analysis with a background in measuring concentration of radio-active material in soil, plant and water etc. Knowledge of computer application for data analysis.
   • Pay Scale : Rs.40000/- plus HRA Rs.38,000/- plus HRA
   • Age : 40 years for men and 45 years for women
2. Senior Research Fellow (SRF)/ 01
   • Qualification: M.Sc (Ag.) or M.Sc./ M.Tech degree in Soil Science / Agricultural Chemistry or any branch of Science / Engineering with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years Master’s Degree should have NET qualification. Desirable Qualifications: Working knowledge of soil analysis with a background in measuring concentration of radio-active material in soil, plant and water etc. Knowledge of computer application for data analysis.
   • Rs.25,000/- plus HRA for 1st & 2nd year Rs.28,000/- plus HRA for 3rd year.
   • Age : 35 years for men and 40 years for women

1. Written Test on 13 Aug 2015.
