Detail Of Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute (CMFRI)   Senior Research Fellow Recruitment:

The Principal Scientist & Scientist-In-Charge intends to recruit following post puely on contractual basis in NICRA Project “National Initiative on Climate Resilient Agriculture”” Details of the position are given below:

1. No of Post : 01
2. Age limit: Maximum age 35 years for men & 40 years for women (Age relaxation of five years for SC/ST and three years for OBC candidates)
3. Essential qualification : M.F. S c./M. S c. (Zoology /Botany /Marine Biology/ Oceanography/M. S c. (Ag)/any other relevant subject)
4. Desirable: Experience in vessel based work, field work, and writing ability and computer skills.
5. Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/- + 30o/o HRA for 1st & 2nd year and Rs. 28,0001-+ 30% H.R.A. for 3rd year

Selection Procedure For Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute (CMFRI)  –  Senior Research Fellow Post:

1. Written Test on 06/08/2015.
2. Shortlisted candidates will undertake face to face interview.
3. Dates are yet to be announced for the final selection

Walkin Procedure For  Senior Research Fellow vacancy in Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute (CMFRI) :

The interview of eligible candidates for the above post will be held on 06.08.2015 at 11:00 A.M. to 01.00 P.M. at Mumbai Research Centre of Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute, 2nd Floor CIFE Old Campus, Fisheries University Road, Seven Bungalows, Versova, Andheri (West), Mumbai -400 061. Interested candidates satisfying the essential qualifications may come for the interview with a copy of the bio-data, original and attested copies of all certificates, recent copy of passporl size photograph, etc. for the post. The above posts are purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis initially for a period of one year or till the project period but may be extended on year to year basis based on performance of the candidate and extension of the project period. The candidates shall not claim for regular appointment at this Institute, as the posts are coterminus with the project. No TA/ DA will be paid for attending the interview. Only the candidates having essential qualification would be entertained for the interview.
