Dibrugarh University, the easternmost University of India was set up in 1965 under the provisions of the Dibrugarh University Act, 1965 enacted by the Assam Legislative Assembly. It is a teaching-cum-affiliating University with limited residential facilities. The University is situated at Rajabheta at a distance of about five kilometres to the south of the premier town of Dibrugarh in the eastern part of Assam as well as India. The University is located in a campus of 203 hectares out of which 74.3 hectares are under tea plantation.Eligible candidates need not to apply online for this Lecturer. 1. Dibrugarh University for temporary appointment of one Lecturer for teaching LL. B. /LL. M. Course in the Centre for Juridical Studies, Dibrugarh University, Dibrugarh, on contract basis, for a period from August 2015 to December 2015 (Five Months) at a consolidated pay of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) only per month.
2. The qualification of the candidates should be LLM with minimum of 55% marks and having NET/SLET or Ph. D. in Law (as per UGC 2009 regulations) preferably specialization in Criminal Law.

   Selection Procedure For Dibrugarh University – Lecturer Post:

   1. Written Test on 04/08/2015.
   2. Shortlisted candidates will undertake face to face interview.
